Construction Superintendent / Project Manager

Harbor Home Solutions is a growing residential home improvement company and licensed contractor serving Jacksonville, NC, and surrounding communities. We specialize in fencing, gutters, home renovations, exterior improvements, and property maintenance.

We're looking for a motivated, experienced Construction Superintendent / Project Manager to oversee multiple residential projects from start to finish.

What You'll Do

• Oversee multiple residential construction and home improvement projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers throughout all phases
• Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure on-time completion
• Monitor project progress and proactively address challenges
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to company quality standards
• Assist with estimating, pricing, and selling upcoming projects
• Create material lists and oversee ordering and deliveries
• Conduct jobsite inspections and enforce safety policies
• Communicate directly with homeowners regarding schedules and updates
• Maintain accurate project documentation, daily logs, and job files

What You Bring

• 3-5 years of residential or commercial construction experience
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and building practices
• Experience managing subcontractors and construction schedules
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Proficiency with smartphones, tablets, email, and Microsoft Office

Preferred Experience:

• Fencing installation and management
• Carpentry, gutter installation, home renovations, or general repairs
• Estimating and project budgeting
